First, we talk. Phone, email, or in person, whatever suits you. I learn what your business does, who your customers are, and what you want the site to accomplish. You get a real quote up front, not a "starting at" number that doubles later.

Then you approve the design. Before I build anything out, you see what your site will look like and we adjust until it feels right. No disappearing for a month. You know exactly what you're getting before the heavy lifting starts.

Then I build and launch it. Hand-coded, tested on real phones, checked for speed, and wired up so calls and messages reach you. Most Pikeville-sized projects are live within 2 to 3 weeks of our first conversation. After launch, hosting is a simple monthly service and I'm one call away for changes.
